We are improving our services with a new help desk system

At SuperSys IT Services our ongoing mission is to always find new and innovative ways to help improve our customer service. As a result of this our support teams will now be using a new help desk system to help enhance customer correspondence and to give the ability to log and track your support queries.


To log a support query, you now have three options:


  1. Send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. This will automatically create a ticket in our help desk system. As our support team work on your query you will be kept informed via email every step of the way.

  2. A support ticket can also be logged via the help desk web portal. To access the web portal visit our website and click the Help Desk menu option. Once you have accessed the web portal you can create an account which will allow you to log on in future to view your ticket status. As in option one you will also receive updates via email.

  3. As always you can still contact the support team directly via telephone on +44(0)1924 950700. Our telephone system has also recently been updated which allows you to leave a message if all of our operators are busy at that moment in time and we will call you straight back. If a support query is raised by telephone our support team will log the ticket on your behalf so in future, all of your requests are visible in the web portal.


As well as this once you have created an account within the Web Portal you will also have access to our Solutions section giving you access to all of our online resources which may resolve your query before a ticket is raised.
